Purchase order financing for Venezuela's oil sector

A confirmed purchase order is proof that the work is real. It is not, by itself, the capital to perform it. We fund contractors against confirmed purchase orders from international operators active in Venezuela — covering mobilization, equipment, and materials so execution starts on schedule, and working capital stops being the constraint between an awarded order and a delivered project.

The gap this closes

An operator awards the order, the contractor mobilizes, the work gets delivered and invoiced — and payment follows the operator's cycle, not the contractor's payroll. The stronger a contractor's pipeline, the wider that gap becomes. Purchase order financing bridges it at the start of the cycle: the confirmed order itself becomes the basis for funding, before the first invoice exists.

How it works

  1. Review. We assess the purchase order, the operator behind it, and the contractor's capacity to deliver. Compliance screening runs before any capital moves.
  2. Structure. Financing is sized to the order's real cost profile — mobilization, equipment, materials — with terms agreed in days.
  3. Fund. Capital deploys for procurement and mobilization the moment documentation closes.
  4. Settle. Repayment follows the operator's payment milestones on the order. Financing cycles typically run four months or less.

What we look for

A confirmed purchase order from an international operator active in Venezuela; a contractor with the team and track to deliver the scope; a cost profile the financing can be structured around. We are not a bank and not a broker — we deploy our own capital, and our review moves at the speed of the project, not a credit committee's calendar.

Common questions

Does the operator need to be involved in the financing? The financing is to the contractor. The operator's role is what it already is: the counterparty whose order and payment milestones the structure is built around.

What does the financing cover? Start-up costs the order requires — mobilization, equipment, materials, and the procurement the scope calls for. It is not general-purpose credit.

How fast is a decision? Days. If the order, the counterparty, and the delivery capacity check out, structuring follows immediately.
